Fulfillment Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Shift: Wed-Saturday; 7:00am-5:00pm
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hr.

Your ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining efficiency will help you contribute significantly to Curaleaf’s mission to deliver the highest quality cannabis products to the New York wholesale market.
What You’ll Do:
As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality cannabis products are staged, prepped, packaged, and labeled accurately to meet demand. You’ll also work alongside the Inventory and Delivery teams to maintain product flow, conduct quality assurance testing, and ensure compliance with state regulations and Curaleaf standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
What You’ll Bring:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. minimum. At least one year of experience in manufacturing and packaging, with a focus on product safety and quality. Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail. Solid organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and improve processes. Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing skills.Even Better If You Have:
Experience working in the cannabis industry, particularly with wholesale distribution. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and experience in following industry-specific guidelines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving operational processes.Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Ability to lift up to [insert weight] pounds. Comfort working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
