Position: Fulfillment Manager, SEA and India

Location: Kuala Lumpur Office

Report to: Fulfillment Head, JP, TW, HK, SEA and India

Work Flexibility: Intentionally Hybrid

Job Scope: The Fulfillment Manager, SEA and India is responsible for meeting business objectives while managing teamwork for daily fulfilment operations. Support commercial needs by driving fulfilment related activities. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that maximize cost saving and operation efficiency. Responsible for managing daily task operations, logistic & warehousing activity, import custom clearance and monitor distributor performance and KPI monitoring. He/she will possess strong communication and people-influencing skills in support of strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across the business units.

Job Responsibilities:

Fulfilment Activities
Responsible to manage/ oversee:

4PL/3PL new part creation

Monthly expired/write off validation & approval

Softcopy filing for SCM docs (PO, GR, Invoice, PL, etc.)

Submission of docs to finance

Freight billing recon with forwarders

Update billing tracker

Review incoming shipment delays and escalate to planner

COO, Form D endorsement & Courier

Distributor and 3PL/4PL Management
Responsible to manage/ oversee:

Distributor’s contact point for operation coordination

Process billing and credit note to distributor

Reconciliation & 3-way check for all PO/GR

Inbound damage report validation & approval

Manage 3PL/4PL operation ensure it meet our requirement

Import & Export
Responsible to manage/ oversee:

Import & Export coordination with 3PL/4PL

Provide ship docs as required (PL, Invoice, COA)

Coordinate with carrier, forwarder and distributor for import container

Carrier - NOA for inbound container

Forwarder - HS Code, Import permit

3PL/4PL - inbound container delivery to warehouse

Email CIPL to 3PL/4PL

Travelling Patient Support
Responsible to manage/ oversee:

Coordinate travelling patient order & book transaction in JDE

Email communication between DKSH customer for travel request

Creation in GTC for approval

Interco travel patient invoice creation billing and OK PO receipt

KPI, Cost Control, & Cost Savings
Responsible to manage/ oversee:

KPI / objectives as required by business

Control cost within area of operation

Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasting, join and report monthly cost variance comment

Cost savings initiative/project.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Business Admin, Supply Chain or Logistics Management is preferred but not mandatory.

APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable.

At least 10 years of experience in all aspects of the supply chain process including fulfilment order processing, logistic, transport, warehousing, import & export operations.

Customer service experience and system familiarity preferred.

Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes. Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these with others.

Related experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Manufacturing environment or related production industry experience preferred.

Related experience in managing with multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces

Working knowledge of inventory, planning systems and order/purchasing systems

Working knowledge of Microsoft based systems; mastery of Excel is a must
