The fulfillment team plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This position involves working closely with team members to pick and pack orders, wrap products securely, load trucks for delivery, and perform final checks to confirm order accuracy. It’s a hands-on role that supports the company’s commitment to reliable service and on-time delivery.

Wage: $18/hour + bonuses based on individual and team performance
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday - 12 pm (noon) until the shift is complete

Essential Functions and Duties: Read work orders and use scanners or verbal instructions to determine assignments Pick, tag, wrap, and prepare orders for delivery Load and secure freight using proper equipment and safety protocols Verify documentation for accuracy before transport Receive and stock incoming shipments Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, and wrapping machines (if certified)
Qualifications: Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
