Fulfilment and Provisioning Team Leader

As a global leader in fleet tracking and management solutions, we leverage GPS, AI, and advanced data analytics to enhance safety, improve efficiency, and help our clients meet their business goals. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** As the Fulfilment and Provisioning Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading our provisioning team, fostering a highly engaged and productive team culture. You will ensure that all service level agreement (SLA) targets are met, while driving process improvements and managing stock control. Your leadership will be vital in training new team members and enhancing overall team performance. Duties and Responsibilities: + Lead and manage the provisioning team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. + Meet SLA targets and generate reports accordingly. + Develop and implement training plans for associates, measuring their progress and effectiveness. + Drive continuous process improvement with measurable results. + Manage order queues and escalations, prioritizing urgent requests. + Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate stock control. + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. **ABOUT YOU** We believe in your potential - your ability to learn, grow and make an impact.
