Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in West Hollywood for an established restaurant and hospitality group. In this role, you will be the backbone of our client's financial operations, overseeing all accounting functions for their four restaurants and a hotel. Your main duties will include maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and conducting daily account reconciliations. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business units. • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. • Conduct daily account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate. • Generate sales and revenue reports to provide insight into business performance. • Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. • Utilize accounting skills to manage annual budget and conduct cash flow analysis. • Employ knowledge of restaurant operations to ensure effective financial management of our restaurants. • Collaborate with external CPA firm for additional accounting support. • Use Margin Edge software for effective financial management. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory • Thorough understanding and experience in all Accounting Functions • Proven ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in formulating and managing Annual Budgets • Ability to conduct and present Cash Flow Analysis • Prior experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is a must • Familiarity with Restaurant management and operations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
