Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The role primarily focuses on managing all aspects of accounting functions for our business in the industry. This role is critical in maintaining our financial records and ensuring our accounting processes are efficient and accurate. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the entire accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Utilize accounting software systems like QuickBooks, SAGE, and Procore to maintain and update financial records • Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections • Conduct annual budget planning and cash flow analysis to support strategic financial decisions • Engage in project management and contribute to process improvement initiatives • Manage in-house payroll processing, ensuring all data is accurately recorded • Work closely with an external tax preparation firm, providing necessary financial data and documents • Possess a proactive approach to identify and rectify any issues impacting the bottom line • May be tasked with sending estimates and bids as per business requirements • Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper for at least 3 years • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions • Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget • Strong skills in Cash Flow Analysis • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
