Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in CINCINNATI, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and reconciling various financial accounts, as well as maintaining precise records of all financial transactions. This role will be integral for our financial operations and requires familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop and other related accounting systems. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the reconciliation of financial accounts including cash, credit cards, and bank accounts. • Keep up-to-date and accurate records of all financial transactions. • Handle and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Execute weekly payroll processing and manage HR-related information. • Ensure security and confidentiality of all financial and HR information. • Set up new customer/vendor documentation and handle correspondence. • Prepare checks for various purposes. • Manage both incoming and outgoing mail related to the role. • Professionally answer phone calls and direct them accordingly. • Carry out other tasks as required or assigned by management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper • Proficiency in Full Charge Bookkeeping • Expertise in using QuickBooks software • Knowledge and experience in handling Debits • Experience in Credit card accounting is necessary • Familiarity with Credit Memo processes • Proven experience in Payroll management • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential • Prior Administrative experience is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
