Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, where you will be expected to handle all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, and client communication. Responsibilities • Manage and process accounts payable and payments • Oversee and execute payroll functions • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports • Regularly communicate with Federal and State Agencies • Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently • Reconcile bank statements and cash receipts • Assist clients with the setup and training of QuickBooks • Prepare and file 1099s as needed • Enter financial information into third-party portals such as DOR, SOS, ESD, etc. • Ensure timely completion of tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Carry out general office responsibilities as required. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is vital for this position • Profound understanding of accounting functions is mandatory • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential • Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is a prerequisite for this role • Experience in Financial Statement Preparation is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
