Job details The Full Charge Bookkeeper will handle all aspects of the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate records are maintained. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will report directly to the Accounting Manager and work closely with other team members to help manage the financial integrity of the business. This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role starting in April/May

Responsibilities:
??? Financial Recordkeeping:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
o Record daily financial transactions (e.g., expenses, receipts, and income). o Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
o Manage Inter-Company Transactions
??? Accounts Payable & Receivable:
o Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of bills.
o Generate and send invoices, and follow up on collections for accounts receivable. ??? Bank Reconciliation:
o Reconcile all bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
??? Payroll Processing:
o Process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate deductions and tax filings. o Manage employee benefits and reimbursements as required.
??? Financial Reporting:
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.).
o Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
??? Month-End and Year-End Closing:
o Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
o Prepare reports for accountants and auditors, as needed.
??? Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documents.
o Assist with audits and assist external auditors during the year-end audit process. ??? Other Duties:
o Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices.
o Manage and reconcile petty cash.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
o Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
o Proficient in accounting QuickBooks.
o Experience with payroll processing.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Bachelor's degree in Accounting
o Advanced Excel skills

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
