Full Desk IT Staffing VMS Account Mgr. Combine your passion for IT Recruiting with your drive to grow and expand business in a well-established existing account here in Orlando, FL in this full desk recruiter position with HTC. You will be working directly with clients to uncover new opportunities, dig deeper to understand positions and then recruit candidates in the market to fill the positions that are uncovered. What you will do: + Expand and grow our existing account by acting in a dual role as the dedicated Lead IT Recruiter and Sales/Account Mgr. for our existing VMS IT Staffing account. + Act as the primary recruiter for your account and partner and collaborate with the existing HTC recruiting team to expand your reach ensuring coverage to all your requisitions. + Developer and grow your relationships with our existing customers by hiring mgrs. And MSP partner that runs their business through an established VMS system. + Be the subject matter expert in understanding and decoding the client staffing (IT, functional and non-IT) requirements. + Foster strategic and trusted relationships with clients and VMS partners and earn customer confidence, grow revenue as a result. + As an SME, guide and build trusted relationships with the team to find efficient and innovative ways to supply top talent for client requirements. + Track account activities, identify and report trends, and incorporate findings into existing and future client plans. + Meet and exceed client performance expectations. + Be the primary point of contact for all client calls, requirements defining sessions, contracts, etc. + Partner with clients to develop and drive recruitment strategies. + Source resumes for engineering, information technology and professional opportunities. + Connect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build pipelines. + Mine for top performers in both traditional and unexpected places. + Travel to colleges and community networking events to promote employment brand. + Recruit and interview qualified candidates and submit to appropriate client opportunities. + Build candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow up. + Write job descriptions and post job ads. + Negotiate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment process. What You’ll Need: + Passion for IT recruitment and sales with discovery skills to find the client needs behind the qualification bullet points. + Interview savvy to uncover the talent and potential buried in resume text. + Relentless approach to daily work and the grit to see it through. + Proven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates. + Competitive spirit and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. + Exceptional organization and time management skills. Who you are: + An IT Recruiter who knows and understands the secret sauce to succeeding in a MSP/VMS environment is building trust, providing excellence in quality, and developing strong client relationships. + Can multitask, is organized and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. + An experienced professional with a track record of building trusted relationships with customers and internal staff in serving client needs. + Ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome challenges and identify opportunities. + Identify opportunities to upsell and assist the business development and IT services teams within the organization to close deals. + Embody a strong work ethic along with a high degree of integrity. + Desire to cultivate personal growth and contribute to the success and advancement of others in the team.
