Job Description Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in our Advisory line of business supporting Full Stack Development of multiple data products, including Microsoft Enterprise Service Bus and C&W’s suite of Analytics to make a significant impact on product effectiveness and user experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and software engineers, to define and implement innovative user interfaces and user experiences for our web applications.Develop responsive web applications using cutting-edge technologies, with a focus on .NET, Angular and other frameworks.Translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code, ensuring the best possible performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, maintaining high standards of code quality and organization.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in Full Stack Development including UI/UX, and apply them to enhance our products.Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs and ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of applications and data products on multiple digital platformsDevelop and conceptualize comprehensive UI/UX design elements for those key applicationsProduce high-quality responsive design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypesDesign UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our appsDevelop the backend APIs and middleware as needed using .Net to support the frontend.Collaborate with support, product, solution, and engineering teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the end user

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in UI/UX development with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projectsHigh degree of proficiency in .NET technologies and frameworks (such as ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core)Expertise in Angular (versions 2 and above), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptExperience with front-end libraries and tools (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end servicesFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologiesUI Design PortfolioProficient in prototyping tools such as Miro, Sketch, or InVisionExperience creating wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, and other UX deliverablesStrong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with mobile app development and responsive design principlesCertification in UI/UX design or related field is a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
