Job Description Insight Global is seeking a full-stack developer to join our client remotely and support various legacy applications. As a lead Architect, you will work in a highly collaborative environment, utilizing React, MySQL, and developing Microservice Architecture with Java daily. Initially, you will support three main projects, but over time, your portfolio will become more dynamic. A successful candidate will have exceptionally strong communication skills, a diverse background in the required technical skills, the ability to learn and adapt quickly to challenges, and the motivation to continuously learn and grow, even at a senior level. All applicants must be willing to be on-site four times a year in Ellicott City, MD, for all-hands project touchpoints if needed. Compensation: $65hr to $80hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements * Computer Science degree or bachelor's degree in a related major * 8+ years' experience as a full stack software engineer * Experience developing Microservice Architecture with Java Springboot * Java/Spring Boot Expertise * MySQL Experience * REACT Expertise * 8+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, or verification) · 2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies. · Experience Developing systems with Section 508 compliance · CMS experience · Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experience · Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel · Building strong relationships through Agile team(s) and personal performance · Master's in information systems or computer science · Expertise in Secure Coding and Secure Development Life Cycle. · Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
