ARSIEM is currently looking for a Full Stack CNO Developer. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.ResponsibilitiesDesigning, developing, and testing an interactive task management frameworkMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience OR minimum ten (10) years of experience in a relevant fieldMinimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or PythonMinimum seven (7) years of experience developing in one (1) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environmentsMinimum six (6) years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniquesMinimum five (5) years of experience managing and supervising teams in support of the Government CNO capability developmentMinimum five (5) years of experience programming CNO tools for the US GovernmentMinimum four (4) years of experience in programming techniques to evade host and/or network-based IDSMinimum four (4) years' experience in network sockets programming and application-level protocolsExpert ability in UNIX kernel internals and low-level Windows internals:OS runtime linker/loaderObject file formats (e.g., PE, COFF, ELF)File system internals (e.g., NTFS, ext2, btrfs)OS-specific mandatory and discretionary access control mechanismsProcess and thread APIs and data structures.Specialized QualificationsExperience with designing and writing code in Python and/or JavaScriptUnderstanding of the entire web development processSolid grasp of content management systems (e.g., Django) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., , )Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and mission customersWillingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problemsFlexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirementsAbility to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversightExperience with project management best practices such as Scrum and Kanban methodologiesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) along with an understanding of basic configuration management principles$163,000 - $183,000 a yearThe ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.

You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? The bonus for this position is $10,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral.
