We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to work for our company. Summary: + Client Agency is Department of Homeland Security. + Must be able to successfully obtain a SECRET level clearance (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies, and drug-free in accordance with DHS policies) + Must be located in EST or CST timezone. + Will need to go into an office for fingerprinting, badging, and laptop. + Analyze functional web applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. + Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts. + Translate detailed design into computer software. + Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. + Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. + Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. + Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. + Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale DBMS and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives. Requirements: + Must be able to successfully obtain a SECRET level clearance (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies, and drug-free in accordance with DHS policies) + 3+ years of development, front-end coding and programming experience with increasing levels of responsibility and expertise. + Must be located in EST or CST timezone. + Working knowledge of JavaScript / Angular.JS / JSON / Bootstrap + Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Languages + Working knowledge of DevOps + Working knowledge of Front End Development + Working knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Service Portal Customization. + Working knowledge of custom widgets / front-end development in ServiceNow + Experience with Agile development methodologies. + Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferences: + Knowledge or experience in ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM + Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. + One IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
