Troubleshoot website and system problems and resolve any issues that arise; Provide technical support for the website and system functionality and performance.

Work with the UX/UI and Design team to match visual design intent and ensure that content is accurately integrated and displayed.

5. Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Performance Monitoring

Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities; Support in the creation and implementation of marketing activations through web builds and migrations.

6. Security and Compliance

Ensure that web application systems are always updated and secured to comply with application security standards. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the security and scalability of digital platforms.

7. Collaboration and Project Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including editorial/content, design, product management, and other teams to develop and enhance digital news products, features and other systems used internally within the company; Participate in reviewing user interface design and changes made to the product; Manage project timelines, deadlines and constraints.
