Full Stack Developer

You may be assessed on key critical skills mentioned below:

Must have Strong skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design Concepts, Core Java 7/8, Middle tier technologies e.g. JPA/hibernate, Spring, unit testing, mocking frameworks and caching concepts clarity.

Strong Java development skills

Experience in TDD/BDD.

Appreciation of REST API design

Ensuring early feedback loops within team and enabling quality at source

Ensuring API Engineering Metrics are tracked, reported and maintainedon a daily basis across project delivery 

API Security / authentication knowledge (OAuth2)

Web services / API development experience using REST / SOAP 

Appreciation of cloud / distributed architecture

Experience of participating as a member of an Agile development team

Strong experience using Spring 3/4 (including Core Spring Framework, Spring Boot)

Strong understanding of OO Designing and Programming Techniques and associated concepts, Data Modelling, Design Patterns

Strong understanding of TDD with extensive experience of automated unit testing (e.g. JUnit) using mock object frameworks

Hands of experience in any of Chef, SonarQube, Jenkins, Jprofiler, etc.

Hands on experience in any cloud hosting, DevOps and CI:CD

Experience using project and dependency management tools such as Maven, Gradle, BackboneJS

Passionate about Software Craftsmanship (e.g. Clean Code, Pair Programming, Peer Reviews, Test-Driven Development, Refactoring)

Experience enforcing code quality using tools like Sonarqube and Veracode as feedback loops.

A natural collaborator keen to learn from others

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback at all levels

Working in an Agile Environment

Strong Analytical skills

Hands on experience in Jira/Agile Central, Confluence.

Experience of using the Git(or similar) source code control system

This role is based in Pune.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
