In this role, you will work with a small team of software development specialists and be primarily responsible for developing, maintain, enhance and support web-based applications. You will collaborate on managing the product roadmap, and coordinate with designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the product is delivering an amazing experience for users.

Responsibilities:

Develop high quality, state of the art business application using the latest .NET core technologies. Experience in designing and developing complex and large-scale business applications. Diverse duties include analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of complex applications.Develop and enhance web services and RESTful Web services Write applications that automate workflows and support the efficiency of internal operationsMake recommendations for revisions of and extensions for existing solutions, including product customization, new components, and/or optimizations.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Develops and prepares documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches. Ensure build phase of projects are delivered on time and with high qualityWork with QA to assure project quality and defined measurements of code qualityAbility to engage and interact with technical and non-technical staffWork closely in collaboration with the engineering team to facilitate rapid development according to accepted plans and requirementsProvide constructive feedback to technical staff during all phases of the software lifecycle to keep development priorities aligned with business needs.Assist with project management needs; ensure that work is understood and completed on timeOperate in agile environment, communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectationsPro-active in pre-empting issues and problems
 

Preferred Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience with development using Microsoft .Net technologies including C#, ASP.Net and MVCStrong experience with MVC, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, SQL Server, and WCF needed.Ability to complete a project from start to finish including planning, coding, and testing. 2+ Years of Database Development in SQL Server or NoSQL Databases (MongoDB/Raven DB/etc.)Strong understanding of Microsoft products and related technologies;Working experience with Microsoft products (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory etc.)Experience managing and/or supporting custom applications, their reporting tools and integration points.Experience with source control management (GIT), continuous integration and deployment (TeamCity, Team Foundation Server, etc.), and best practices is preferredNoSQL Databases experience, an assetStrong experience in working to requirements and priorities as well as resolving issuesA problem solver's mentality with the ability to effectively communicate solutions and issues to stakeholdersInternational experience with the ability to work in a diverse work environment across cultures and time-zones
