Must Haves: 

Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business IT)  5+ years of Java experience  (willing to hire someone on with 3-4 instead if they can code/program) Full stack development  5+ years with Front End Development can be any of the following: JavaScript, Vue.Js,  JQuery, Bootstrap, etc.   60% backend, 40% front-end  Database experience (they use Oracle but can be any of them)  Someone who can work independently and drive conversations with teams and clients

Someone with great soft skills because they do some interaction with clients and the team  Collaborative mind!
