Learn the development tools used by CNS Provide support and guidance to new and less experienced members of the team Resolve problems encountered in assigned projects and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements Ensure that development guidelines are implemented by the team by performing code reviews and guiding project stakeholders regarding the best practices Attend and actively participate in all internal and external team meetings and facilitate if necessary Coordinate with and provide updates to team leader and project managers about deliverables Minimum of 20% of alloted sprint points Able to complete 90% of assigned tasks within the sprint
