About Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our Engineering team. This is a dynamic role where you'll work across our WordPress-based marketing site, as well as contribute to internal tools and client-facing applications using React, Node.js, and Typescript.

If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a keen interest in both web and application development.

Role Responsibilities

Able to wireframe and design good quality UI/UX experiences.

Own projects from inception to deployment and through future iteration.

Debugging, and contributing to unit, integration, and e2e tests.

Willing to learn Java/Spring/Hibernate to contribute to our backend systems when necessary, and even better if you already know this

Collaborating across teams to develop React and Node.js applications used both internally and by clients.

Maintaining and enhancing our WordPress marketing website.

Supporting our CI/CD workflows and contributing to code quality, test coverage, and reliability.

Contribute to our documentation and best practices

Adherence to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.

Ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviours, security policies and regulatory requirements)

Experience / Competences

Essential

Demonstrated experience building full-stack applications with React, Typescript, and Node.js.

Proven understanding of WordPress development and ability to maintain a modern marketing website.

Experience delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant code.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Ability to manage and lead development projects independently, working closely with business and design stakeholders.

Desired

Familiarity with SEO best practices and integration of tools like Google Analytics or Tag Manager.

Experience designing UI/UX with Figma and a good eye for front-end quality.

Knowledge or interest in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and cloud architectures (AWS).

Experience building and improving CI/CD processes.

Comfort with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
