Experienced Oracle Identity Manager with over 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Proven ability to design, implement, and manage Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Unified Directory. Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and deploy APIs and microservices using programming languages such as Java, ReactJS, JS and Node.js. + Implement best practices for code quality, unit testing, and code reviews. + Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members. + Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment. + Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications. + Trouble shoot and resolve complex issues related to user access, permissions, and authentication with the IAM system, PowerShell scripts, active directory, and MS Exchange/Office 365 + Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and enforce control policies, roles, and responsibilities within the IAM system. + Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and customization of IAM processes and task. + Leverage your strong knowledge of Active directory to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field + Minimum IAM experience: Over 5+ 3+ years of experience in API development, microservices, and Java app server experience + Hands-on Experience with: -Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) -Oracle Access Manager (OAM) -Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) -Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) -LDAP, Active Directory -Java, PL/SQL -WebLogic Server - SOA Suite + Strong understanding of automated SDLC and CI/CD processes + Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python **is a plus.** + Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) **is a plus.** + Proficiency in frontend and backend development, particularly in CSS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. **is a plus.** + Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines using Git Actions **would be PLUS.** + Familiarity with advanced state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX), RESTful APIs, and modern authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) **would be PLUS.** + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Ability to provide 24/7 on call support as SME.
