As a Full Stack Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work on both the front-end and back-end of applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will contribute to the success of our software development projects.

You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Toronto, Ontario location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development and delivery of innovative software solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nDevelop and maintain software applications and solutions using front-end and back-end technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of software projects.\nConduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.\nTroubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nStay up to date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in software development processes.\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in full stack software development.\nMinimum of 3 years of demonstrated proficiency with front-end technologies including React, Typescript, HTML, CSS\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with back-end technologies including Node.js and MongoDB\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n\nExperience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.\nKnowledge of other database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies.\nExperience using GitHub, Jira, and other collaborative tools\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n
