Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Buyer Support) in Brooklyn, NY.
Overview:
This role will be focused on improving the customer service experience and convos infrastructure of a large ecommerce client that enable them to deliver efficient, high-quality, and scalable support to buyers. The Team's mission is to provide accurate information, and satisfactory, prompt resolutions to members when they reach support or sellers in order to deliver positive and consistent outcomes for customers.
You will collaborate with engineers at various levels to gain essential onboarding knowledge about software design and development practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance processes by optimizing existing internal tools or creating new ones. Continuous learning and knowledge-sharing with your teammates are key aspects of the position. You will push code to production frequently using continuous deployment systems while upholding high standards through code and design reviews. Empathy, ownership, communication, and technical expertise are equally valued.
