Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 8 years of experience or a Masters degree and 3-5 years of experience in Java and .NET technologies Manages and provides software development support using format specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design techniques and performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis Designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains software installations that meet user and business requirements Make recommendations and implements technology upgrades and business-specific enhancements to existing systems resulting in improved system efficiencies and performance OOA/OOD knowledge Strong understanding of software development patterns and best practices 8+ year experience with J2EE frameworks and full life cycle N-tier software development from conceptual design to implementation including the following technologies: JBOSS HTML4/5 XML JDBC CSS JavaScript SQL Struts Spring Angular JQuery Hibernate Aspose JSF RichFaces Experience with one or more industry standard Java IDEs - Eclipse, JDeveloper Good experience with Web Service development Hands-on experience with ASP.NET/C#, .NET framework 4.0+, Web forms, Visual Studio Strong understanding of relational database architecture Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience using Team Foundation server and/or JIRA is desirable Experience in PL/SQL development a plus Experience with CM process and version control tools Problem-solving, goal-oriented, willing to learn, with good coding skill and engineering intuition Positive attitude toward work and other people, team player Must have good communication skills and comfortable interacting with multiple teams and customers Candidate must successfully pass a government MBI background investigation. (Previous background investigation (NACI) or clearance is a plus)
