Our team is a part of the larger FIS Transfer Agency Team, distributed all over the globe. Focus of the team is creating and enhancing FIS solutions that support shareholder transactions processing and recordkeeping for mutual funds. Operating in a dynamic and dispersed environment creating complex software applications will require you to be creative and motivated, with strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.
What you will be doing:
You will be a part of agile driven multicultural team working on a leading financial platform together with other software developers, business analysts and product owners. As a Software Engineer you will be involved in the full development cycle, from design through to implementation, testing, production, and maintenance of an enterprise high availability, high throughput FinTech application.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable code.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure software quality and reliability.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in trading technology to propose and implement improvements to our trading platform.
Contribute to the architectural design and technical decisions that drive the future development of the platform.
What you bring:
As a candidate for this role, you are required to have:
A BSc or MSc degree in Technical, Computer Science, or related fields.
Java programming skills.
Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript).
RDBMS skills (SQL).
A great interest in developing sustainable solutions with a focus on quality and performance.
Excellent English language skills as well as good communication skills.
Added bonus if you have:
Experience with Spring framework.
Experience with Angular framework.
Oracle RDBMS experience.
Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude.
