Detailed Description:
As a part of the BRIX team, you will have accountability and direct impact to deliver software solutions that support the use of modular content in the development of marketing tactics around the globe. The Ecosystem is a combination of multiple technologies (Adobe, Veeva, Custom) that come together to deliver an end-to-end business process.
You should be an expert in server-side code, database and API integrations, and front- end website development. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for helping establish and uphold patterns and standards along with driving new automation and innovation.
This role will be part of a larger Agile team and will require communication and coordination with other Lilly employees and vendors such as TCS, PWC to ensure fast, secure, and technically accurate delivery of mostly custom solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides technical leadership and consultancy to BRIX in close partnership with BRIX Architects to ensure that the delivery of solutions is aligned with the Enterprise IT architecture.Creates and reviews system designs to leverage existing standards or evaluate alternative technologies.Ensures coding standards or technical implementation guides are in place for BRIX cloud platforms or technologies and educates Lilly and vendor development team to ensure they are followed.Operate within an Agile team environment.Assist in the scoping and estimation of user stories.Steward and execute upon user stories within the team’s backlog.Identify opportunities for improvement and / or gaps within existing BRIX capabilities and processes.Help make architectural decisions to drive efficiency and maintain compliance in a regulated space.Provide technical expertise and guidance to BRIX development team to ensure operational excellence. Act as a mentor and technical leader.Understand the “big picture” and create reusable patterns that solve problems for cross-functional teams.Identifies and drives proof of concepts for emerging technologies at Lilly and helps the BRIX team to prepare for the adoption of these technologies.Technical Skills Requirement:
8+ years of experience in FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT which includes server-side code, database and API integrations, and front-end website development.
