•\tPresent demos and participate in acceptance discussions with Product Owners to align on functionality and quality expectations.
•\tContinuously improve operational and engineering metrics in your area of ownership, enhancing performance, availability, and user satisfaction.
•\tDevelop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end technical architecture and related dependency systems to guide sound engineering decisions.
•\tDrive the adoption of technology standards, best practices, and opinionated frameworks while reviewing team members' coding, testing, and automation efforts.

•\tIdentify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity across the team.
•\tActively contribute to knowledge sharing within your Guild/Program, promoting the reuse of patterns, libraries, and best practices to boost overall team productivity.

All About You:
•\tExtensive experience as a full-stack Software Engineer or Software Developer in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
•\tProficient in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and TypeScript.
•\tSkilled in secure coding practices and experienced with JavaScript and Node.js.
•\tKnowledgeable in design patterns, modular JavaScript codebases, and responsive design.
•\tExperienced in building server-side applications with Node.js and managing relational databases like MySQL.
•\tFamiliar with secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP) and vulnerability management.
•\tComfortable working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
•\tAdept in debugging, troubleshooting, and analyzing technical issues.
•\tUnderstanding of API standards, service-oriented architecture, and modern engineering principles.
•\tExperienced in test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
•\tStrong ability to estimate and prioritize requirements, both functional and non-functional.
