Job Description We are looking for a versatile Full Stack/General Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing a proprietary case tracking tool/portal to replace ServiceNow, ensuring it meets our specific requirements for customizability. You will be involved in building a core case management system, developing a new UI, supporting APIs, and ensuring data storage. Key Responsibilities:  Develop Core Case Management System: Build a new user interface (UI) and supporting APIs for engineers to manage cases efficiently.  Ensure Data Storage: Support the transition of data storage from ServiceNow to our proprietary system.  Front-End Development: Utilize ReactJS (version TBD) to create a responsive and user-friendly interface.  Back-End Development: Implement application code using NodeJS and Express to ensure robust and scalable backend services.  API Development: Work on API integration, primarily using NodeJS, with some ReactJS involvement.  Integration Work: Leverage your integration experience to ensure seamless connectivity between different system components.  Database Management: Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases hosted in AWS, leveraging EKS for running services. Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.  Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Express.  Experience with API development and integration.  Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with AWS services, including EKS.  Familiarity with Python is a plus.  Experience working in an agile team environment.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
