Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

Be responsible for detailed solution design of application components and interfaces between internal and external applications Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business. Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving. Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations Design, develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects Design and develop robust, scalable, impactful production applications Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs and engineering processes. Perform quality checks on processes and delivered project artefacts Contribute to incremental upgrades and timely integration of application code changes and testing Act as "main point of contact" for junior members

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior technical role with exposure to Java, preferably 1.8+, Object-Oriented Programming and JavaScript, preferably ExtJS.Relevant experience developing web services, web service API’s, as well as implementing code to consume existing API’sRelevant experience developing user interfacesGuru of project and software lifecycles, with understanding of project lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and CI/CDSolid understanding and exposure to both SQL & NoSQL Database technologies.Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and EnglishFamiliarity with Integration patterns with Backend systems.
