As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will:
Build, code, test and maintain high quality softwareParticipates in Agile sprints and ceremonies; supports rapid iteration and developmentTranslates user requirements into software requirementsResponsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and improving applications, as a member of a team, works across key data, orchestration, rules and transactional stacks through the entire application and system development life cycle.Builds code to specifications and standardsBuilds and codes moderately sophisticated softwareContributes code at a BU levelContributes to the success of a team as a mentor to Intermediate and Associate Software EngineersAnalyzes, codes, and tests software components as defined by the PO and teamCreates and conducts executable tests, continuously integrating code into the overall software frameworkReviews current software framework to identify defects and opportunities to improve performance and stabilityCompletes and ensures completion of any required documentation required e.g. deployment, maintenance, support and business needsResearch technical strategies, third party tools, and current and new technologies to deal with emerging technical issues and improve development efficiencyPromotes agile principles and methodologyApplies focused coding practices to enable agility and delivery of high-quality codeAbility to do impact analysis and propose high level system solutions for new developmentsRequirements for success:
5+ years Full-Stack DevelopmentMust have React, Java8, Spring core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts, FTP, Spring security (Authentication and authorization), JSP, SQL, Knowledge of LinuxGood to have Languages (NodeJS, React, JavaScript, C# .Net), WinSCPDevOps and APIs (Jenkins, Snyk, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure, and SonarQub)Jira for task management, GitHub for source controlExperience with Automation technologies such as Jenkins and other open-source testing frameworksExperience with Agile practices and tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceUnderstanding of software development processFamiliar with platform technologiesFamiliar with modern software architectures and development using APIsStaying abreast of developments in own technical field and able to recognize and translate these to own working environmentWrites clear, readable and maintainable code, takes ownership of the quality and usability of codeUnderstands systems development methodologyStrong foundation in design, programming and testing in mainframe environmentsCollaborative demeanor, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methodsGood organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasionGood verbal and written communication; optimally articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomesBS in Computer Science preferred or equivalent professional experienceWhat can we offer you?

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
