Full Time Alarm Monitor (Badging Services)

Responsibilities The primary functions performed will include, but are not limited to, meeting and greeting the public and visitors to the ATC Campus, operating the badging station, the creation of new badges, supporting the PIV card process, providing programming for door access, maintaining data bases, providing visitors directions to venues on the ATC Campus. Utilize criminal justice databases provided by the Government to assist in the vetting of visitors and short-term contractors. Qualifications Must be citizens of the United States of America, no exception. All personnel must be able to pass a favorably single scope background investigation (SSBI) prior to commencing work. All Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Must be in possession of a valid Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration. Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess either a high school diploma or a GED equivalency certificate. Must be able to speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English. Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in his/her state of residence. Additionally, applicants for Badging Services must meet the following criteria: Shall have a minimum 2 years' experience in computer and technology related skills. Shall be proficient using Microsoft Office 2013 Suite applications in creating and utilizing spreadsheets, databases, and compose general memos, to include Outlook for emails. Shall have the ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, Communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing, maintain records and prepare reports, work independently with little direction.
