Our Lebanon, TN location is growing and we are adding Full Time positions to our 2nd shift team. Positions are located in the office and are NOT remote. 

Responsibilities

Centralized Billers are responsible for entering bills of lading into Dayton Freights internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy.

Learn and retain industry terms as it pertains to billingBecome familiar with National Motors Freight ClassificationCommunicate any billing issues to the Service CentersPerforming all necessary audits as assignedEnter proper Hazardous Materials bills as assignedAssist Service Centers with any questions relevant to billingAssist in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billingReview weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections Qualifications Exceptional data entry skillsCan work in a fast paced environmentAble to work late afternoons and eveningsLegally eligible to work in the United StatesMust be at least 18 years of ageFluent in English Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentFast-paced work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days401(k) plan, Company Match
