An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the established Kingdom Cleaning Team as a Full Time Non GMP Cleaning Operative, working at a prestigious GMP pharmaceutical site in Cramlington, NE23 area.

You will join a professional, friendly team where the culture and behaviours reflect those which are necessary on a site manufacturing pharmaceutical product.

As a team, achieving our broad variety of service missions whilst maintaining respect for colleagues and all those that we come into contact daily is a key objective of the local Kingdom Cleaning management team based on site.
This is supported by Kingdom Cleanings’ core values and resources including access to a number of employee services via a phone app.

The site is served by local bus routes, offers free parking, an onsite subsidised restaurant, and free vend hot drinks.

A uniform and any required PPE is provided free of charge appropriate to your role.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 07:00am - 15:30pm. 

Pay rate: £12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities: 

This role is cleaning a mixture of office, communal areas. toilets and some limited laboratory environments. There is a requirement to understand and comply with written instructions and complete paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning specified areas allocated to give them ownership over their tasks. Achieving high standards, you will ensure any task undertaken is carried out safely and in compliance against written operating procedures. The capability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Previous basic cleaning experience and knowledge with additional on-site training will be provided. Physical capabilities to use cleaning equipment and to operate a basic scrubber drier machine – full training given. Some basic IT skills to complete ongoing mandatory online training - support given. Completion of a comprehensive one-week site induction.
