**Full Time Compounder** Pay Rate: $24.00/hour | Burlington, ON **Job Description** As a Compounder, you will be responsible for batching and mixing liquids, planning and coordinating equipment and facility requirements to meet both short- and long-term scheduling objectives. Additionally, will manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches. **Responsibilities** + Batch and mix liquids + Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements + Improve profitability through output and efficiency of the batches + Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations and guidelines + Manufacture pilot batches + Participate in troubleshooting problem batches **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of compounding experience in a GMP environment + Basic math and measurement skills + Ability to read and write in English + Effective communication with compounding helpers **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, inventory management, batching, and blending + Experience in mixing, pharmaceutical industry, chemical compounding, batch processing, batch mixing, and quality inspection + Teamwork experience and effective communication with warehouse staff + Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive company benefits including health care coverage up to $400 per year for various health categories, 80% dental coverage, optical benefits of $300 every two years, RRSP matching of 4% of regular earnings. Employees are required to wear a lab coat (provided), long pants, masks, and steel-toed shoes. The facility is temperature-controlled, very clean, and organized with a faint smell of soap.
