Uses commercial kitchen equipment, standard recipes and procedures in the preparation of nutritious and attractive menu items and ensures safety and sanitation procedures are followed. Merchandises and maintains shops; cooks/grills food to recipe specifications and ensures proper temperature and storage procedures; ensures high quality production with proper portions and appearance. Ensures a high level of customer service and responds to complaints in a professional and timely manner. Operates POS for product payment.
