Essential Job Functions: + Customer Service Specialists are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients. + The Customer Service Specialists works in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. + May be responsible for obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of information received from referrals, create orders, and or schedule the patient to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor. + Customer Service Specialists should educate patients of their financial responsibility when applicable. Details of the Job: + Fully Onsite with possibility to work from home down the line IF performing at a high level and approved by supervisor. + Office Hours are M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm + Paid training will take place the first 2 weeks + 4 month contract to hire with long term growth potential!
