As a Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the janitorial team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Supervising janitorial staff and providing them with guidance and support. Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards. Communicating with clients regarding their cleaning needs. Performing administrative tasks related to work schedules and assignments.
