You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!  COMPENSATION: $15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification 30% commission rate compensation once certified  32% commission rate Senior Stylist 34% commission rate Master Stylist WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? Receive continued education and advanced training in lash and brow services Paid time off Online Lash Link access  Industry-leading compensation  A built-in book of leads and marketing to build your clientele The salon provides all supplies Generous discounts on services and retail products Beautiful high-end salon Opportunity to be promoted to senior stylist and master stylist (with increased commission) RESPONSIBILITIES: Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment REQUIRED SKILLS: Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license  1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred Customer service focused; loves on your clients Reliable transportation Strong work ethic Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Ability to work some weekends and some evenings    Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
