Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care Office. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
+ Provide patient care and patient education
+ Perform triage duties and accurately assess patient conditions
+ Utilize electronic health records to document patient information
+ Conduct EKGs and assist with stress tests
+ Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
+ Maintain a positive attitude and dependable presence in the office
+ Speak up and report any issues or concerns to ensure patient safety
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of LPN experience
+ Active Connecticut LPN License
+ Experience with triaging patients
+ Knowledge of medical terminology
+ Proficiency in using electronic health records (preferably EPIC)
+ Strong patient care and patient education skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ EPIC experience is highly preferred
+ Ability to work well under pressure
+ Strong communication skills
+ Friendly and reliable demeanor
Work Environment
You will be working in a busy Primary Care Office with a schedule of Monday to Friday. If you are looking for your foot in the door with a medical office, this is the one. They are open to training new LPN's for the medical office!
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
