Job Summary: The Maintenance Division is currently seeking a Full Time Plumber to provide fully skilled technical services for our Plumbing Department.

Activities include:

Assembling, installing and repairing pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. Daily maintenance and repairs on all restrooms and kitchens throughout the property. Locating and marking positions of pipe and connections. Assist in maintaining the property water and sewer underground. Cutting, threading and bending pipe composed of iron, steel, brass, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools. Maintain inventory and equipment on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate must possess:

Minimum of 3-4 years Journeyman experience in plumbing. Thorough working knowledge of dispensing (liquid) units and fire systems. Working knowledge of the plumbing code and industry trends.

POSITION REQUIRES FULL AVAILABILITY TO WORK A VARIETY OF SHIFTS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.  CANDIDATE MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE CLIMB, CRAWL, LIFT AND WORK FROM VARIOUS HEIGHTS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL.
