Luther Woods Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking Full Time Receptionist to join our team. 

Qualifications of Receptionist:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience is Preferred

Must be at least 18 years old

Proficient in Excel and Word knowledge

Responsibilities of Receptionist:

Operates Switchboard and paging system 

Receives and screens visitors, guests, sales representatives and others who may visit the organization and directs them to the proper person. 

Typing for the different departments

Ordering of supplies

Sorting and delivering of mail

Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.

Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedulces and work assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs.
