Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for exceeding sales and operational benchmarks while delivering an exceptional customer experience through the La-Z-Boy selling process. This role requires a deep understanding of our product lines and a commitment to our company's values of integrity, trust, and professionalism. By championing the in-home design program and collaborating with support teams, you will play a key role in maximizing store promotions and ensuring operational excellence, all while reflecting our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Competitive Earnings Potential: UNCAPPED commissions on WRITTEN Sales.

• Pay:

o Training Pay: $16 per hour for 3-4 weeks.

o Post-Training Pay: $11 per hour, plus uncapped commission.

• Average Post-Training Pay: $11 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

• Quarterly Bonus: Depending on performance.
