Job Summary: Manages projects and manages assigned technicians in the field while completing the installation and maintenance of surveillance and access control systems at Choctaw Nation Casinos and other locations. You will report to the Surveillance Technology Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will train and oversee technicians on job tasks of the department and assists the manager in meeting operational goals.Manage projects, workflow, and resources in the field to ensure jobs are completed.Assign work orders to technicians based on skill level, location, and resources available.Inspect completed projects and work orders to ensure the quality of service and outcome meets governing standards and guest expectations. You will perform routine maintenance on existing surveillance equipment (video management system, video storage system, cameras, servers, and other infrastructure) and installs new surveillance and access control equipment per governing standards.Maintain equipment inventory documentation, documenting when & where equipment is deployed and stored.Train Surveillance Associates on use of new equipment and software. Travel within the Choctaw Nation (10 ½ counties) and is required to stay overnight and after hours to complete projects promptly.You will follow established operating procedures of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Gaming Commission, Choctaw Casino, and local management (MICS/TICS/SICS).Perform other tasks as may be assigned.Job Requirements:
Associates degree in IT or related field or 2 years related experience.Video Management & Storage technical certificationNetworking & Microsoft CertificationsExperience with networking and computer applications, general computer/keyboarding skillsExperience with hand tools and basic maintenance. Ability to lift 50LBS, work in tight spaces, and comfortable working on elevated platforms or ladders. Ability to work independently with minimum direction and communicate both orally and in writing.Experience installing low voltage access control and video surveillance and ability to be on call after hours.
