The Opportunity:
We are looking for Full Stack Development, Specialist who develops and operates internal applications, driving digitalization through the development and enhancement of internal applications that address business pain points, achieve software quality attribute includes usability, performance, security, maintainability, reliability, scalability and increment STP (straight through processing) rate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex web applications using front-end framework such as React, Flutter, Angular. Implement back-end functionality using .NET Core.Lead the development, maintenance of Cross-Platform framework mobile applications such as Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin.Collaborate with PM, Backend developers, UI/UX Designers, and QC to deliver features with high quality.Perform code reviews and implement performance and security best practices.Mentor and support junior developers, outsource to deliver project success.Contribute to technical decision, solution architecture, and performance optimization.Revise, update, refactor and operating and support production issue.Participate in DevOps activities (CI/CD pipelines) and contribute to improving development processes.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fieldExperience: 5+ year of experience in website application, mobile application with strong focus frontend framework.Passionate, proactive and keen to learn new technologies.Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin).Strong knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).Knowledge integration web application with mobile application.Deep understanding of browser data transmission mechanisms and JavaScript concepts.Knowledge of caching, lazy loading, push notifications.Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to implement responsive, user-friendly design.Ability to write well-structured, clean code.Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.Experienced in code optimizations, profiling and debugging skills.Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiar with software engineering best practice Agile-Scrum, GitSkills: Flutter, React or Angular.Will: Problem-solving, communication, willingness to learn new practices and technologies, Ability to translate technical talk to the business.
