Temp-to-Hire position$17.25 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftAssemble large truck engines and related components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure proper assembly.Operate hoists, torque wrenches, and other specialized tools safely and effectively.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Follow all company safety policies and procedures to minimize risks in a manufacturing environment.Fulltime Assembly Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must be able to stand for extended periods.Willingness to work 1st shift hours, including overtime as needed.You supply steel toe boots or shoesAbility to work mandatory overtime Pre-Screening required18 and upApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
