The resort's rooms and suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed, with many offering stunning views of the ocean or the pool. Overview OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Perform massages and body treatments, nail and esthetician services in a safe and professional manner on guests. The technician will report directly to the Spa Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide guests and train new hires with consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. 2. Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all massages and body treatments including towels, sheets, disposable panties, etc. 3. Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility. 4. Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform services. 5. Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed. 6. Answer all question related to services performed and products used. 7. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. 8. Regularly attend, participate in and support any spa events, training and staff meetings for the spa and property. 9. Flexible work shifts supporting the needs of the spa and new hire training including evening, weekends and holiday shifts. 10. Perform other related services as assigned by manager. 11. Remain on time for work and appointments. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE  High school diploma or equivalent.  Minimum two years related hospitality experience preferred.  Valid professional Florida State License required. Multiple licensing, including massage therapist strongly preferred.  Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.  Ability to perform all luxury services on treatment menu.
