Champion in Agile testing principles and practices in the teamProvide Quality and Testing related input during Inception phaseCollaborate with the team and be responsible for preventing defects.Propose test strategy options that address the quality needs of the product, and lead the team in modifying the testing strategy over the course of the projectInclude in the test strategy, the testing scope of the project, responsibilities, environments required, testing approach, tools, testing schedule, reporting and resource requirementsEnsure test automation remains valuable as a feedback mechanism and guides team to optimize for speed, robustness, and coverageSupport the Product Owner and Business Analyst in the definition of acceptance criteria and refinement of scopeLearn about the product and provide this information to the rest of the team through collaborationCollaborate with Developers to create acceptance tests on the basis of defined acceptance criteriaPrioritize test efforts, taking into account the operational and technical risksFacilitate triaging of defects at appropriate frequencyCollaborate with the developers and Business Analystto sign off user stories
