Job DescriptionInterprets strategic vision and ensures development team can understand it.Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.Communicates team commitments with BRM.Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.Organizes team activities collaboratively.Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.Analyzes business processes and breaks down into user stories - readies work for development team.Conducts fit/gap analysisProvides system expertise, configuration, and best-practice guidelinesRecommends process optimization through digital transformationContributes to application adoption roadmapEscalation point for customer issuesLiaise with system vendors for escalations and optimizationsQualificationsHold a university degree in a field related to IT5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information systemExperience in operational technologyExperience in the recycling industryExperience with relational databases (SQL)Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysisPerfectly bilingual (French / English)Experience in inventory management, asset management, service management, equipment maintenance processesExperience with Maestro an assetExperience with the Agile approach Has a valid driver's license; Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad.Additional InformationWhat we offer!
