We are looking for a talented Functional professional with knowledge of Trade Compliance to join our team and play an integral role in mapping the business and IT requirements and supporting enterprise-level applications. You must be a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will be asked to work on a wide variety of tasks, from 100% new development to bug fixes and maintenance. This includes working with the business and technology areas to understand IT functionality and support requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

System and Performance Management:Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues.Actively monitor issue resolution progress.Analyze and design system/application enhancements.Provide end-user support and investigate incidents.Ensure compliance with SLAs and support code migration.Project Management and Communication:Communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines.Manage communications, scheduling, and logistics for Trade Compliance projects.Participate in project kickoffs and internal initiatives.Collaborate with vendors and conduct solution reviews.Business and Technical Analysis:Analyze business requirements to tailor system usage.Prepare process flow mappings, user stories, and requirements documentation.Recommend and implement effective use of technology.Identify and recommend process improvements.Reporting and Documentation:Design, develop, and produce standard and ad hoc reports.Develop, document, and maintain best practices, procedures, and project standards.Testing and Quality Assurance:Participate in functional-level tests and regression testing.Review analytic products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.Ensure instructional materials are accurate for training delivery.Mentorship and Team Collaboration:Act as a mentor and resource for colleagues and project teams.Lead project teams and train junior staff.Work independently or collaboratively as required.Process and Innovation:Analyze and research new products, procedures, and processes.Identify innovative solutions to business issues and improve operational efficiencies.Provide expertise and recommendations to leverage IT systems effectively.Support and Troubleshooting:Assist with troubleshooting application and business process issues.Provide subject matter expertise for complex customer issue resolution.Support business + IT required reporting and alerts.

What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of experience in similar roles.Experience with Oracle Applications, Agile, and Cloud Applications.Functional Analyst working with SQL.Experience with business processes and test scenarios.Project management experienceAdvanced English Skills (Verbal and written)

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$29,233.33 - $33,333.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
