Functional Analyst (CRM- Salesforce and CPQ)

Position Summary:

The Functional Analyst (CRM- Salesforce and CPQ) works closely with business teams to understand and analyze how core business processes leverage and interact with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and identifies key opportunities for improvement.

Work You’ll Do:

Creates clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. This documentation serves as a reference for development and implementation teams.Works with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. This may involve configuring Salesforce features, recommending best practices, and ensuring alignment with business goals.Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. This includes working with reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Coordinates and facilitates UAT sessions to ensure that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements. This includes creating test cases, managing testing activities, and gathering feedback.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use Salesforce effectively. Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for users.Identifies areas for improving processes to enhance business efficiency.Keep the CRM points tracker updated to track progress and prioritize upcoming sprints.


Team:

                This position will be part of the salesforce CRM and CPQ team and will be acting as a functional analyst based at Ahmedabad and will be part of the IT team

Basic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree BCA, B Tech with 10-12 years of experience in a functional CRM roleSalesforce Business AnalystStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.Detail Process-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality insights.

Certified Sales cloudCertified Service cloudSalesforce Administrator
